1. How long does it take for a Vendor License application to be approved?
On average, a vendor license application is approved within 21 days of submission. However, if additional information is requested, the timeline could be extended. Please contact the gaming commission at 605-487-6022 if you have not received any information on your application and it has been at least 21 days.
2. Upon approval, what will I receive to show that my vendor license is approved?
When a vendor application is approved, the vendor will receive an email notification and a licensing certificate in their vendor profile.
3. What method of payment can I pay with?
Yankton Sioux Tribe Gaming Commission accepts ACH from a business/individual checking or savings account. Credit Cards are NOT accepted.
4. When do I receive notification that my vendor license needs to be renewed?
Yankton Sioux Tribe Gaming Commission notifies the vendor via email at the following intervals: 60, 30, 15, 10-due date.
5. What items can I access in my vendor profile?
When you login into your vendor account, the library holds copies of all receipts, licensing certificates and important notifications from Yankton Sioux Tribe Gaming Commission. When a new item is place in your library, the vendor is notified via email.
